Recently, we’ve made an investment in a new digital Jetrix printer. This state-of-the-art technology allows us to offer even higher quality flatbed printing services to our clients across the UK and various industries. Our versatile UV flatbed printers allow us to print directly on a wide variety of materials, such as Foamex, Correx, Perspex, acrylic, display boards, wood, Dibond composites, metals, MDF, plywood, and more. This means that no matter what your project requires, we have the capability to print on it.
We pride ourselves on providing vibrant full-colour CMYK printing, white and varnish options, superior ink adhesion, and prints that can last up to 3 years outdoors without lamination. Our prints have a maximum thickness of 100mm, and a resolution of 1440dpi which is suitable for creating high-quality images and text. In addition, our prints come with the option for CNC routing and finishing. This means that we can cut your prints to the exact shape you need, making it easy for you to install them. Our dedicated expert team controls the entire direct-to-media printing process, which means we can deliver projects quickly and meet even the most demanding deadlines. Can you cut my printed panels to shape?
We cut all printed media to any shape and size. With our digital CNC cutting machines, printed panels are quickly and accurately cut to your specification. Your printed UV printed sheets can be contour cut to the desired finish.
Can I get an express turnaround for my UV printing order?
We are very familiar with tight deadlines on UV printed boards. We will always do our utmost to help with your urgent enquiries. Please email or telephone our sales an estimated express turnaround.
Can you deliver direct to my customer?
Yes, we can deliver to any UK address you require. Our consignments are sent out as plain white label and show no mention of Halo.
How is my printed order delivered?
We offer a collection service from our print department based in Essex or we can ship to anywhere all over the UK.
We use trusted couriers such as DPD, DHL, Parcelforce & Royal Mail whom all offer insurance. All parcels would be wrapped meticulously with protection to ensure that it arrives to you as it left us.
We also have our own vehicles for express, and large orders.
How is my order printed?
Our Flatbed printing is done by our large flat-bed printers using the UV printing method. With UV finishing and edge to edge high quality printing, your printed boards will be clear and vibrant, printed to the highest standards. Using specially formulated inks in CMYK +White +Varnish options.
