What is Flatbed Printing?
UV flatbed printing is a type of digital printing that utilises UV-curable inks and a flatbed printing press. In this process, the material to be printed on is placed on a flat surface, called a bed, and the print head moves back and forth across the surface, depositing the UV-curable ink as it goes. The ink is then cured, or hardened, by exposing it to UV light, creating a final print that is both durable and vibrant.
One of the main advantages of UV flatbed printing is its ability to print directly on a wide variety of materials. This includes materials such as plastic, wood, metal, glass, and more, making it a versatile printing method that can be used for a wide range of applications.
Our UV flatbed printing also provides high-quality printing with a maximum thickness of 100mm, and resolution of 1440dpi. This means that images and text can be printed with a high level of detail and sharpness.
